Rates

Low season: October 1st to January 31st (Christmas excluded) $1200 per week or $4000 per month

Middle Season: February 1st to May 31st $1500 per week and $5000 per month

High Season: June 1st to September 30th and Christmas - $1800 per week and $6000 per month

5% GST is applicable to the above rates. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy.
